What is your standard delivery time?

Please allow up to 8 business days to receive standard orders placed within the US. While orders are likely to arrive sooner, this helps to provide a buffer should there be any unexpected delays.  If you’re a customer based outside of the US to please allow up to 15 business days to receive the order, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Items have arrived damaged. What can I do? 

If you have had any issues with damages, please let us know so that we can provide you with a refund or replacement.

Can I get a refund on all or part of my order?

I really want you to be happy with your purchase!  If the products you selected didn't work out, I will accept returns for most items within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.  Likewise, If your order doesn't reach you within 2 weeks contact me and I will send you a refund or replacement.  Clients outside of the US will be offered a refund only, no replacements will be sent. Custom comissions are excluded.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept payments through Venmo, Square, Apple Pay and PayPal. However you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store

Is my check out information secure?

Yes, the checkout process is completely encrypted and secure. This store processes payment through PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
